Many Families are new to homeschooling due to Covid-19. You want options that will work with your schedules and your children. You never intended to be their main teacher. Think Cherry Tree can help in several ways. With over 30 years experience working with families and students, we know how to help you set up a learning system, make a consistent rewarding schedule, and choose curriculum based on your families needs. We can also send a qualified teacher to teach your students once a week and assign homework which often takes the pressure off parents.
Initial Consultation: $75.00 (1 1/2 - 2 hours)
This In Person or ZOOM Meeting allows me to get to know your family and help design a plan that works for all of you. Most people are surprised that home school classes can be done in less time per day, and allow for more time for freedom and personal development. Think Cherry Tree specializes in effective, developmental courses using high quality literature, engaging math, and interactive science (with fun labs) and history.
(Disclaimer: I do not personally recommend Virtual School for the younger grades and most students, although some do well. Virtual School often demands massive screen time, with only short term learning results. I have helped numerous anxious students find an alternative to Virtual School, and bring back the joy of learning.)
